Lookyond (目外) is designed to help you disconnect from digital distractions and
embrace real life. By providing curated tasks and focus timers, we help you regain control over your
attention and build mindful habits.
This privacy policy applies only to all products and services provided by Lookyond
App (the "Service Provider").
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect the following necessary information solely for the purposes of providing core features,
syncing data, and optimizing user experience:
- Account and Personal Information: Personally identifiable information including but
not limited to your Email and UserID collected via Firebase Authentication, used
for account login, cross-device data synchronization, and PRO membership verification.
- Automatically Collected Usage Data: Including your device's Internet Protocol
address (e.g. IP address), the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your
visit, and the time spent on those pages.
- Business Data: We collect your created task titles, categories, and focus duration
records. These data are used to generate personal statistical reports to help you with digital
detox.
- Feedback and Technical Diagnostic Data: When you submit feedback, we collect your
provided issue description, contact information, runtime logs, and the following detailed device
diagnostic information:
- App Properties: App version number (Name/Code).
- Hardware Specifications: Device brand and model, screen resolution, and
pixel density (DPI).
- Operating System: Android version number and API level.
- Runtime Status: Remaining storage space and available memory capacity.
- Environment Settings: Network connection type (WiFi/Mobile Data), system
language and region, and time zone information.
- Performance Statistics: De-identified crash reports are collected via Firebase to
continuously improve software stability.
- Campaign and Referral Information: We utilize the Google Play Install Referrer API to collect anonymous marketing campaign data (such as
utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign) when you install the App. This data is processed strictly for macro-level channel performance analytics and optimization, contains no personally identifiable information (PII), and is never linked to your personal identity.
2. Precise Location & AI Technologies
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile
device. We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.
3. Permissions Declaration and Data Processing
We strictly adhere to the principle of "data minimization" when requesting system permissions and adopt
industry-standard protection measures:
- Key Permissions Declaration:
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used for real-time status alerts in
focus mode and scheduled daily reminders.
- Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Ensures daily reminder features
trigger exactly at preset times.
- Boot Completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Used to automatically restore your
focus reminder service after a device reboot.
- Internet Access (INTERNET): Used for cloud backup synchronization, sending
feedback, and checking for app version updates.
- Data Storage Security:
- Local Storage: Task records are stored in the application's private
database (Room) and cannot be accessed by third-party applications without authorization.
- Encrypted Transmission: All data uploaded to Firebase is transmitted using
the HTTPS/TLS encryption protocol.
- Cloud Storage: User data and feedback attachments (such as
screenshots/logs) are securely stored in Firebase's highly reliable servers.
- Data Retention and Rights:
- We will retain data in accordance with legal requirements or business necessity.
- You have the right to initiate a request to cancel your account or delete your data within
the application at any time. We will clear all your online information within the legally
prescribed time frame.
4. Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. The Application
utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by
law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or to protect their rights and your safety.
6. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information easily by uninstalling the Application using the standard
uninstall processes available on your device.
7. Data Retention Policy & Account Deletion
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application.
Account Deletion: You can permanently wipe your account and all associated cloud data.
To do this, click the username in the top-left corner of the Home screen to enter the "Mine"
screen, where the deletion options are located at the bottom. Data will be erased from our
servers within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Any such data
discovered will be immediately deleted.
9. Security
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards (including TLS/SSL encryption) to protect the
confidentiality of your information.
10. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you
of any changes by updating this page. This privacy policy is effective as of .

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this

我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的信息。一旦发现，我们将立即从服务器中删除。
